“I purchase this item but found out that I should of been the connect plus one
I read the warning on the I connect and thought it implied that the I connect is only available for the models selected witch mine was not and now I find out that I should of got that one as it would of fitted . And was told as I had opened it it was unable to return it . ( which I could not see in the small print )”
“Avoid this company at all costs. Not as described and overpriced for what it is. Tried to return and have gotten no response despite several calls, emails and website messages. As soon as they have your money they lose all interest so now I'm left with a useless pile of scrap I paid over £400 for.”
