“Not happy iam trying to return an item for 3 weeks now and no joy, the reason iam retuning it is because it took to long to receive it in the first place, and had to resource another so i could sell my van, which i did just or would off lost the sale, but iam still out of pocket £100, as no one has told me how to return it?”

“Great rack, good quality materials and looks good/performs well once fitted. Only criticism is the instructions are poor and fitting is not at all an easy job. I’ve had a few of these for different vans and once you’ve done one it’s not quite so bad as the first, time but even so there must be a better design to the way it is assembled and installed, and better instructions.”
“Instuctions were mainly pictures with at least 4 variations for different vans, a tad confusing. I personally think the roof rack is too short for my vehicle. This is not a one man job as claimed. Also ended up with extra bits which on phoning up Rhino I was told they are surplas to requierment. Very Confusing”
