The TRAP handheld transmitter range provides long-range remote control for club traps and other demanding applications. Available in 868MHz TRAP8 and 918MHz TRAP9 versions, each transmitter works with receivers operating on the corresponding frequency range. LoRa technology supports enhanced wireless performance, with a range of up to 10 km (6 miles).
Built for year-round, heavy-use operation, the TRAP transmitter carries an IP67 rating for protection against dust and water ingress. It runs on three AAA batteries and supports both continuous and state-change transmission modes. LED acknowledgment signals from the receiver confirm successful communication.
TRAP remote control systems offer flexible wireless switching configuration. Each receiver has four independent outputs, and individual switches from multiple transmitters can be paired to each output. This enables customised control arrangements using transmitters with up to 16 switches.
