Product appears to be fine. Would rate product 5 stars (although was not tested as it was incorrect). 1 Star is purely for my experience from the start of ordering to end: Incorrect product ordered so I sent back for a refund. Now currently waiting for a 4 week turnaround time on being issued a refund as a ‘technical engineer’ needs to inspect it first. I have no idea what needs to be inspected on a key fob.

Good Morning, We apologise that you are frustrated; We received your goods back on the 15th November, the check has now completed (2 Weeks). As with any electronics product once the packet is opened and the is seal broken (as you did), this automatically triggers our QC to perform a final test and inspection (using a spectrum analyser and following a formal Test Specification). Why? We do this because we don’t know what has happened to this product after it has left our factory. Please consider that if we shipped a product to you that had been returned from another customer, I am sure you would want us to ensure that the product was, good, functional and have our company seal of Quality assurance. It is unfortunate a simple error such as selecting the wrong part triggers such procedures but I hope you can appreciate our position in ensuring that we provide quality products. Best Wishes RF Solutions Team
