“First time of using one of these systems.
Was very impressed with the service and unit.
Only one thing that would be good is if you put in your instructions about wiring them up close together for initial setup when they are far apart.
But other than this would highly recommend, brilliant for rectifying someone else’s underfloor heating switch live stuff ups.”

“I needed a system that would reliably maintain communicatiin between the existing three heating manifolds in the house and the new air source heat pump buffer tank pump that was being installed. With guidance from Edward in the Tech team, I took a decision to invest in three RF Transmitters and one RF Receiver for an outlay of £280. Edward was very helpful, and he talked my electrician through the pairing process and since then, the system has functioned flawlessly. I am very pleased with the equipment and Tech support in the RF Solutions team.”

“Does exactly what it says and well and I would have given 5 stars but you need a magnet to program the units and RF solutions dont supply one with the units. Madness as it would cost pennies to supply one. When contacted was simply told well you must have a magnet in the house. Well I didnt and it was extremely irritating!”

We don't get many customers complaining about not having a magnet as part of our system however we are currently looking into adding magnets to our systems to rectify this issue that you have highlighted, so thank you for mentioning this.

Sorry to hear that you had problems with this product and of your suggestion of having a paring switch, we are unfortunately bound by health and safety which prevents us from having this because the product is at 230Vac.
This is the reason we are forced to use a magnet on the outside of the enclosure.
To assist with pairing, which is simply one swipe of a magnet, as well as having a quickstart guide, we also have a 90 seconds video, which takes only a few seconds. Like most of these things once you know how, it's easy!
