“Purchased 3 keyfobs for a customer, drove to site to programme them in, only to find out there had been a bad batch of fobs that could not be programmed. Emailed RF and telephoned them. Still no replacement keyfobs and no payment from my customer for other works I successfully completed on their gates because they are holding payment because of the faulty keyfobs.
I cannot believe RF do not have any 1, 2, 3 or 4 button keyfobs available for replacement.”

As I am sure you can appreciate we will expedite a new batch of key fobs without the offending component issue and ship these to you asap. Unfortunately this component issue has affected the entire key fob range (1,2 3 and 4 button).

“In the pairing set up instruction it wasn't clear to me that one has to activate the mode separately for each transmitter and necessitated a call to the tech helpline.
Hopefully with any future need to reprogram I will remember how to. All these devices seem to be different!”
