“Really impressed with this whole system, seems to work by magic, very reliable and no noticeable delay. Ordering direct was very fast and no fuss. The only issue that may be a problem for some is that there are 4 blanked-off holes, but they all point vertically (2 in the top, 2 in the bottom), there is no neat way to have the cables leave the box horizontally.”

“we fitted 4 transmitters paired to 4 sets of 4 receivers (16 in total) ...they have constantly lost their "pairings" and paired themselves with random transmissions. R.F. technical advised this must be due to a nearby magnetic field engaging the reed switch and putting them into learn mode, so on the technical advisers advice the reed switches were de-solderded and a simple wire connection put in its place for "pairing"..............the receivers were paired in the workshop and returned to site for fitting .....the pairings were corrupted and failed as soon as they were put into service, these devices have failed us and we have invested a significant amount of cost in trying to get them to work, they will be removed and returned as un-usable.”

Sorry to hear you have experienced such difficulties.
One radio receiver will only go into pairing mode in the presence of a string magnetic field. And the receiver uses a highly secure protocol which will not learn anything other than the exact protocol from a corresponding transmitter.
We would never recommend removing components from the circuit board which will only have a detrimental effect on the product.
With such problems the best thing we suggest is to talk to us and we will always work out a solution for you.
