Genuine Yale Platinum keys are for Yale 3 star locks commonly found on uPVC doors. The Yale Platinum 3 star series contains 3 levels of codes D, E and F. Your key codes are found on your key code card attached to your original keys.

Example of codes: D:1311, E:132, F:3323

If your codes are ABC you need a Yale Superior Key.

“I made a mistake with addres to send the keys and they were very helpful and without asking said they would send another three keys with no extra charge and if the other keys were returned they would send them on. Great customer service and the keys all worked fine”
