“Recently retired and wanted to enjoy my life long hobby into my golden years. The Orx appealed to me as it was very light and easy to use. Detected a few times now and the weight is a dream, light as a feather and outside in the county. Perfect. Still getting use to the sounds but enjoying every minute with this detector. If you need light weight I have no hesitation recommend XP detectors as a very well built light detector to swing. I grew up metal detecting and I'm now with the grey nomads still enjoying being out and about loving the hobby.”
