“Having the Deus WS4 and always relying on my ear for signals I didn't think I would need the remote until I bought another machine that came with a remote. The screen has saved me a lot of unnecessary digging and with a few medical issues I have to live with that's a great asset.”

“I initially bought a Deus Lite from Regtons but as I live in the north east of England it didn't take me long to realise that I needed the remote to give a visual id to help dismiss the vast amounts of coke found in a lot of local fields. I'd also been watching loads of Gary's excellent Deus Skill School videos on youtube and wanted to have greater control of the built in settings which I feel would be slightly limited without the remote. Using the Deus Lite (without a remote) was refreshening and liberating not having to constantly look at the screen but at the end of the day I feel that buying this remote was a good idea and great investment as I can spend less time digging questionable signals and therefore my good finds rate should increase. Fingers Crossed.”

“I am new to detecting, I've been doing it a little over a year now but with the help of some friends I've had some success with my Deus, I originally bought the Deus without the remote but since purchasing the remote with the help from the XY screen I'm digging less junk and learning what sounds are good targets, you can't beat using your ears but if you're new to the hobby the remote will fast track your learning and there is so many other advantages to mention about the remote but with the help of YouTube XP skills school I'm learning more and more about my remote and I don't find it as complicated as I expected it to be.”
