XP head designers wanted to go further and combine sturdiness with comfort. In addition to its back padding and sizeable padded shoulder straps also have nine adjustment straps distributed over five distinct zones, allowing an easy and personalised adjustment. The quilted waistband provides stabilisation and even load distribution across the hips. Combined with the breathable back ventilation system, this maximises mobility and decreases tiredness during long detecting trips.
Functionality and versatility:
By developing this product, XP Metal Detectors desired to allow their community to transport all their necessary gear in only one backpack safely. Its numerous dedicated pockets and compartments allow the optimal organisation of equipment. Two large compartments accommodate the main components of the detector, such as coils and lower stems, and the other chamber for stems and digging tools.
No less than ten pockets are added to these compartments to provide space for specific items. Pockets for pinpointer, accessories, headphones, personal belongings, etc. One thing is sure - there is no shortage of space using the XP BACKPACK 280.
Location icons are integrated into the backpack. The proper storage zones are visible on the pocket opening strips and inside the compartments. There’s even more. You can also customise your backpack by adding a wide range of XP or other accessories thanks to the MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) attachment systems. This system, widely used by NATO forces, allows the attachment of various accessories via horizontal bands sewn into flat loops.
