“I have only had the 400i since March and already require a new coil cover, it is a lot thinner material and hasn't got a good depth of cover around the sides, unlike the 250, now that is a very sturdy coil cover which i had for over two years and sold to a friend who is still using it with the original coil cover?”

Hello Fiona, I'm sorry you have a problem with the coil cover, I'm not aware of any changes that have occurred to the covers since they came out 8 years ago, sorry I can't explain the difference for you.
