“I bought this spade and I was impressed by how sturdy it felt to hand. I took it out for a 4 hour dig on a pasture field to see how I got on with it and liked it if honest I got back to the car and inspected it while cleaning it and noticed that the tip of the spade had rolled over and bent like it's made from soft steel. I was annoyed really as it was the first time using it after spending the amount I did. I contacted Regtons but the Warranty does Not cover damage unless to Welds. So now I'm stuck with a spade with a bent edge which I'll have to hammer out to straighten again. Even though it is well made, it is made from soft or mild steel. I used a mini draper spade for 2 years and it didn't bend or roll at all I still have it. It shows that these expensive spades aren't always better”

“Great product only thing is the handle could have been sanded to make the edges of the flat bar not as sharp great service from Regton’s”

“The Pro Cut Evolution Stainless Steel handle D Spade what can I say it’s fantastic to use it just slices through the earth like cutting up a piece of cake. The height of spade was just the right size, plus the weight of spade is great for all day use. We were so impressed we bought a second Evolution plastic handle D Spade for my other half.”

“had this just over a month and its a fantastic piece of equipment, its well manufactured, and very strong and looks like it will last my only gripe is it could have a slightly longer handle on it but it does the job well and looks like it will last .”
