“Customer service is good. I was told to ignore the silly leaflet that the manufacturer puts in saying that the inks have got to be used within six months of installation. I was told that they would last until at least the use by date on the box (approx. 18 to 24 month). You get 18ml cartridges which is at least three times more than originals. I was also told not to remove the tapes over the ink flow holes but to allow the printer to pierce them. In short they need a new leaflet in the box with correct information on it.”
