“I inserted this cartridge and it was giving poor results even after cleaning. The paler line in the test was almost non-existent. Next day I was about to write to Refresh but did another test pattern - this was perfect. So the performance is now good. This was a JetTec cartridge. There is no brand name on the second cartridge I ordered.”

“Initially neither cartridge printed correctly. I had to deep clean the printer several times before decent printing was possible. Previous cartridges from Refresh were better.”
