I have not installed the new Refresh Carttridges yet, I odered them when my Cyan ran out and the others cartridges are following the Cyan. Fortunatley I had an open spare cartridge (one of prevously purchased compatibles from Refresh) I am not sure how long the spare had been in my drawer (in excess of 1 year) and when I installed the cartridge it has performed correctly. A tip for HP printer owners check HP\'s website and see if your printer has a print cartridge update because some printers (mine included HP Officejet 8610) will not accept compatible cartridges without the update. Using compatible cartridges from Refresh do not mean lower quality but it does mean lower running costs; I saw a set of HP cartridges on sale for £110.00 so you can see the savings.

I have found the Refresh cartridges to be as good as the much more expensive HP cartridges and I will purchase them again

I haven\'t used them yet. They are ready for when the evil HP cartridges next run out. I aam sure they will be fine.

My printer (HP) has rejected them. At the moment I cannot print and have been told it will take 6 weeks or more before you will be able to provide usable ones. I do knbow now that I must not allow the printer to accept HP updates!
