“I have been using these cartridges over 9yrs and the performance is great. Only a couple have been faulty, 1 because I stored it for too long and 1 the printer rejected, I presume the internal contacts were iffy. However both were replaced on their return to Refresh and at no postal cost and by return of post - that\'s excellent service”
