However I ordered it 26/8 and only received it today (9/9) which, considering delivery is charged, is a long time. I received your 2 requests for feedback before I actually received the item!”

We always try our best to turn around orders with 7-10 working days, as stated on our website, and it looks like we managed to achieve this with your order. You ordered on Wednesday 26/8/20 and 10 working days from this would be 10/9/20. We have to allow for the postal service to accommodate our deliveries which is built into our turnaround times. Our automated emails are generated as soon as your order is dispatched from us. Unfortunately the delivery companies are still under a lot of pressure at the moment due to the current pandemic.
