The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“I’m bought a large green dog mat and a large orange roll mat for my Labrador, Hattie. Both mats are beautifully made and the colour of both tweed fabrics is gorgeous. Hattie finds both very comfortable and I am delighted with the appearance and with how much easier it was to travel for overnight stay using the roll mat. Great service too - very fast delivery. Thank you.”

“Went for a bespoke size as the crate we have was just a little narrower than the large mat. It was delivered within 72 hrs of ordering and it's very good indeed. Looks great (Orange and grey). Feels hardwearing, the foam is firm yet supportive and the wool topper is soft and thick. Dog likes it and it certainly feels like it will last him a very long time. Sure, it's dearer than something from the high street, but it's made in England by craftsmen and it looks and feels it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.”

“I did a lot of research looking for the best mat for my pooch because she has problems with her back legs and requires some support whilst sleeping. I am very pleased with the mat and said pooch seems to be very happy. Thank you.”

“The luxury mat exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely good quality, and Bonnie loves it. As French Bulldogs are prone to so many ailments, I wanted to make sure she was well supported (and comfy) while sleeping. It certainly fits the bill, and I’m now saving up to buy her a bed too !”
