“The bad news - I received a black S10 instead of the prism white with no explanation and the enclosed USB cable did not work. The good news - the phone was in excellent condition and my wife loves it. Since I already had an S10 the faulty cable was not a real problem (we use wireless charging anyway). Overall I am very pleased. Reboxed was recommended by my son and I have no regrets about ordering from them. I also like their philosophy on recycling and sustainability.”
