“Bought the premium version as we expected it to have gone through all the rigorous checks mentioned on the website, very disappointed when the phone arrived, the screen was not connected to the body and came apart at the top, the box was intact with no signs of damage. has anyone even looked at the handset? Handset returned, the process was quite simple with many local pickup places, so accepted ‘store credit’ with the aim of buying another phone. Fingers crossed for the next one.”
