“Phone was as described. No scratches or dents. Battery health was 83% so ofer 80% as promised. Works well. Doesn’t seem like a second hand phone at all. Happy with this purchase. Pleased to support this eco company and save money at the same time.”

“Condition of phone is fine. However paid extra for the delivery Next day before 1pm. Nothing arrived and the delivery company said they had tried to deliver and sent a picture of our house. The only problem was the pic was an old one with cars we havn't owned for quite sometime. The phone eventually turned up that evening. No refund of extra paid or appology... nothing. The phone arrived too late for when it was needed. Just dissapointed”
