“The red phone ultimately Redbox couldn't complete the order on. However their customer service was amazing, they provided various options, including other phones and a full refund if we wanted. We went with one of the other phnoes offered which were exactly the same spec as the one originally purchased, just a different colour. To be fair colour was not a primary consideration so had no problem at all with this. The phone when it arrived was amazing, frankly it looked like new. Also very well packaged and presented, which is fab when going to be a gift for someone. Overall very happy, and definitely recommend Reboxed.”
