“The phone, when it eventually arrived, is in excellent condition, and works fine. However, the - 'order before 12:00 and arrives the next day', didn't work, and it was another 3 days before it was dispatched. Communication was poor, and I still don't know why, just told there is a delay. I also ordered the extended warranty, which was to include a screen protector. That didn't arrive either until chased up several times, and sometimes without, or a long delay, before a reply. I now have the screen protector, and probably a better one than initially would have been included, so happy with that. Customer service does need to improve, and communication is key, which they are sometimes lacking. Also using their online 'Chat' you can put a query on there at early lunchtime, and wait, and wait, and watch it turned off at 5pm - without a reply!”
