“The phone itself was in pretty much new condition and the battery health was at 95% so cannot complain about the product itself. When looking it was exactly a year old so it’s clearly been well cared for. I have a few issues though. 1. I found was that the phone came with a USB-A to Lightning rather than the USB-C to lightning cable you get as standard. Which is frustrating when all of my chargers etc are USB-C so just an extra expense to consider. 2. This is more a personal preference. I understand that Reboxed send all their phones in their own packaging but I’ll be honest it would be much more exciting if the actual packaging was sent out. 3. The crevices of the phone needed a bit more of a deep clean. Which I have done and it now looks perfect. But, these things aside I would still buy from them again, having only ever bought new phones it definitely feels like a safe bet using Reboxed.”
