“The phone is great - if you want a small iphone that doesn't take up much room in your pocket, this is it. What I was a LOT less impressed with was reBoxed overall service - the phone was advertised as being delivered in 4-5 days - I had no comms with them so emailed them on 5th day and got brushed off by sales support people - only after several emails to them did they bother to check the order by which point they then told me it wasn't going to go out until the next week. I was away for the next few weeks (I had wanted the phone for the trip) so did not chase them - during the next 2 weeks there were no follow up comms from them at all and when I got back I had to chase the order again. This last time at least the support person didn't brush me off and managed to send a phone out fairly quickly. Really poor service though they clearly don't have anyone looking at their sales support queues.”
