“Overall I am pleased; I took a chance as I had never bought a refurbished phone before. It was delivered on time, good packaging and looked to be in perfect condition without a mark on it. I’d have given 5 stars but… It had 15% charge on the phone initially & then wouldn't charge fully. Only went to 53%. After a few days I bought a different charging cable and it seems fine now.”

“I recently had an iPhone 12 from Music Magpie and bought this for my wife. It was much better presented and packaged, including a charging lead and special pin to open the SIM card slot. The battery was 96% and it is certainly in great condition. My wife thinks the face recognition doesn’t work since it does the job so quickly compared with Touch ID.”
