“After breaking my other iphone 12 i purchased another but received the wrong colour and the battery health was 81%. Considering the price for similar phones on ebay with 100% battery health i sent this one back to get a refund. It took a couple of weeks to actually get the refund so another minus point. Very disappointed in the whole process and wont be using reboxed again”

“Phone arrived in a nice box with sim card pin/cloth and sweeties. Phone itself looked brand new. Been using it a week after it arrived. So far so good. Its fast and not as big as some phones which i prefer. Price wise very good. Havent used the camera so cant comment. Took abit of getting used to no home button like my older phones. Its a doddle now”

“Phone is great. Really good condition. You might want to change your delivery company (Royal Mail) if you're claiming 24 hour delivery. Ordered phone on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning!!”

“Been using the phone for a week, no problems. Would recommend. Only somewhat bad thing was the battery percentage being on 87% but was not a shock as the minimum was 80%. No scratches or dents. Only tiny scrapes on the side that you could only see if you look very closely to it.”
