“The first phone I received had a faulty/poor battery which lost charge quickly- isn't this one of the key things that should be checked before sending out? Other than that, the phone was subsequently returned and replaced and I'm now very pleased with it, and the prompt action by the customer service team.”

“I got a very good deal compared to other sites and was impressed at how quickly my iPhone came. I’d been putting off upgrading for a while and brand new phones can be extortionate when there are refurbished models that offer just as competitive performance! My iPhone 12 arrived in phenomenal condition…I expected maybe a faint scratch or two but it genuinely looked brand new. If you’re in two minds about using Reboxed, I can’t recommend them enough!”
