“The phone looked fine but was locked to another network and 'Reboxed' couldn't unlock it so it had to be returned. unfortunately their customer service system is so poor and slow to respond that this process took days to organise. I have therefore lost confidence and cancelled my order despite them being cheaper than others. A great shame.”
