“The phone never arrived after being lost by UPS, very little communication from Reboxed, I emailed over and over again with no response, when they did call just said I had to wait. Three weeks later I have got a refund from my credit card company after getting no response to several emails. Do not buy.”

“The condition of the handset is very good, as described it has no marks or scratches. It really is presented in excellent condition and could easily be a new handset. That said the thing that disappointed me was that the phone's battery capacity was below 80%, actually 78%. Which means I am going to have to get the battery replaced, at a cost of at least £70 for an Apple approved or Apple replacement part. Had it not been for the battery then I would happily have given a rating of 5 stars. I am still pleased with the handset and I am sure that once I have the battery replaced I'll get plenty of use out of it.”

“Ordered from Reboxed for the second time and this phone I ordered was actually unavailable in the end. There was a communication issue and when I asked about where my order was, I was informed it was now out of stock. However, I was upgraded and sent a better phone and thrown in a phone case. So all round very happy!”
