“i took out the insurance on November the 16th, my email address was recorded incorrectly your end, I eventually received a certificate but no further documents. I have made 2 further calls been told your email system had been down, I received 2 letters stating you had received no proof of NCD even though I had sent it twice electronically. I was told over the phone you gave now received the proof and still no documents.”
