“Saved over £100 ,only thing I had to £50 for pillion cover, why are charged for that.Car drivers arnt charged to carry passengers.”

“Worst experience of dealing with an insurance company in 13 years of riding bikes. They didn't send me my insurance certificate I had to request it. There was a ton of errors and zero customer service. Can't wait for my policy to be up so I can cancel them.”

“If I had brought the policy off the web site there and then the price was extremely exceptable but unfortunately several points of the policy needed to be clarified more before purchase to ensure a correctly detailed contract. Upon doing so with a Devitt customer adviser the price had increased by approximately 20%. Although the increase took place the priminum was still a lesser valve then the next competative quotation.”

“Had a small problem with the documentation sent through after the policy started as it had a question about medical conditions that wasn't on the original quote screens. I called them up and they were very helpful, registered the condition and no charge for changing the policy. Gives me a lot more confidence that they will be helpful in the event that the worst happens and I have to make a claim. Very pleased so far. ...and aren't we having a great Summer ? Commuting on an RSV4R - what a great way to get to and from work ! :).”

“Devitt generally good overall. I was rahter concerned in respect of the approach to evidencing of No Claims Bonus, as turnaround times requested of me in providing evidence were very tight and evidence from my last renewal statement seemed not to have been accepted. As I got my new bike shortly before the insurance on my old bike expired ( and rather transfer cover for 2 week period I started the new cover on my new bike before that on my old one expired) I , in effect, lost out on a year's no claim bonus for the sake of 2 weeks overlap - seemed a bit petty to be honest ! The Real Rider application linked to the insurance is good - when it was finally working ( needed a systems upgrade apparantly). I have yet to test the 'claims experience' but hopefully I won't fall off, get my bike stolen etc so won't need to !”
