“I changed to Hastings a Direct as they saved me money for the same cover. It wasn't the cheapest quote but one of the cheapest from a company I knew had a good reputation. MP”

“Overall great. Just wish they would tell you about documents they need from you at the start... Instead of starting the policy and a few weeks later sending an email saying" send us this or we cancel your policy". What if I was on holiday or without email access”

“Cheap to purchase I thought it was all well and good... then I tried to add another rider to the policy and they quoted over 300% increase. Wont be Insuring with them again with these hidden costs. Last year MCN only asked for 20% Increase”
