“When I phoned to accept quote the price was not as advertised and was more expensive. I was told that prices change daily so I decided to get another quote from mcn website and much to my surprise it was even cheaper, If I'd just accepted what Hastings said without double checking I would have paid more than required. This should not happen and was somewhat disappointing.”

“Initially when I telephoned, the price quoted was almost double that online. Once we had thrashed out that technicality and the online price agreed, their service was excellent with a price to match.”

“Won't be using again, insured a year old mts1200 and a 996s Ducati, approx £300, but needed to amend policy 2 weeks later swapping the Multi for a Zzr1400, they wanted over £200 extra, gave me a refund option but wanted to take over 40% of the original policy back Won't use again!!!!!!!!”
