“My son is very happy with this product. Unfortunately he lost a lot of power from the start and is making some noise from the start until it reach certain speed. There must be some loose on the transmission from the engine to the wheels what you can hear. There is definitely some kind of fault which I would like to fix. I read your terms and conditions about faulty items but I couldn’t find any form to fill up. Could you kindly send me the form so I will be able to return the product for your verification.

“I bought this for my granddaughters 6th birthday, she was absolutely thrilled with it! She says its the best present she has ever had. It took her about 5 minutes to get the hang of pushing the trigger forward to go backwards and pull the trigger backwards to go forwards. The only slightly annoying thing I found was having to remover the car body to remove the battery pack for charging, but I can live with because its her Dads problem now!”
