“Charlies first proper remote car, even better than hoped and up to now very robust, tbh he's very good with it and I can only recommend it, he's 5 its fast and takes the knocks, part of this hobby is the maintenance and upgrades so looking forward to that too. Package arrived quickly and very well packaged so can't but offer a recommendation to R.C. Geeks, I have'nt dealt with them personally but they do seem interested going by their taking the trouble to reply to feedback. Anyway thank you R.C. Geeks, item and service recommended :)”
Thanks for your review! We're so glad to hear that Charlie is enjoying his Wind Speed and we hope the fun continues! We really appreciate the recommendation.

“Hi There.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this product.
There is one issue I must mention and it is to do with the battery cover screw for the controller. I could not put batteries in it as the screw just turns. However when I held the lid upward the screw caught and I managed to get it out but I can see the fixing is broken. Meaning I can secure the batteries correctly when tightening.
Can this be fixed or can I have a replacement sent over please. I have given you five stars as my son is delighted with the car. Good quality, strong can’t wait to try it on the beach.
Thanks look forward to your response.
Regards
Sean”

“When my son opened this on his birthday his eyes almost popped out of his head. Driving it was easy and although the grass is long at the moment, the buggy was roaring around at great speed. I didn't realise that there is a Throttle Trim on the controller, so you can limit the top speed in tight spaces.
Unfortunately on this first test run, the front Upper Arm on the left has snapped at the joint, and needs replacing immediately. The car costs £70, the single plastic part to be replaced costs £7 + postage. I hope it proves to be more durable, otherwise I'll very soon have been better off buying two cars if I need to regularly get parts at these prices.
Still, it is easy to repair, fast and response and looks great, so 4* overall.”
“I am really happy with the RC car but not as happy as my soon who was over the moon with it for his 9th birthday. The car has great speed and control for someone his age and it handles the jumps brilliantly.
I was really impressed that you can replace parts that have parts numbers for allocation if needed to in the future.”
“I recently bought this for my 12 year old grandson. He couldn't wait to get it charged and get playing with it. He loves it . It can get go slow or very fast and although the body of the car seems fragile the big chunky wheels save it from damage. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was within a few days. Very pleased overall.”
