Decent little car to start of with fairly quick and easy to control,could be built a bit stronger as first time I used it a driveshaft popped out on flat ground
“Hate leaving bad reviews but this RC car just isn't worth the hassle I've personally had. After around 10-15 minutes use the battery runs out so i had to buy another one just for my son to have some decent play time with it.
secondly, the front suspensions is very delicate. after bumping into a curb, both screws holding the dog bones in place came out, i have repaired this only for the same issue to happen again and had to eventually use super glue on the screws just to get them to stay in place.
lastly, the motor has come out of place and wont align with the gear and will not run. I've tried adjusting this with no success and I'm currently waiting RC Geeks advise on how to resolve this. From what I've seen, these are common problems with this car.”
“Great service from RC Geeks. However the Phantom has significant quality problems with the wheels. They are weak in the centre and can crack easily. We have been through two wheels on one car so far in four outings. Replacements are expensive given the quality.”
“I bought the rc, and although it is slow, it can be faster with upgrades which this rc can support! This rc is perfect for getting you into the mechanics of how it works, and you can improve it how you want! I only wished there were headlights on it for night time use.”
