“1st used the beans 12 days after roasting using a Porlex grinder and Aeropress. I followed the instructions on the label exactly and added less than half a teaspoon of Acacia honey. Absolutely delicious my new favourite drink. Peachy coffee. Had another straight away .

“This has two equally strong flavours hitting immediately, competing with each other for attention to be recognised.
I could imagine coffee purists being frustrated by this if wanting something more sophisticated to feel the success of identifying subtle, hidden notes of different flavours drawn from a coffee bean it self.
The peach has a floral quality to it and comes through immediately with the coffee flavours strangely coming in afterwards.
That aside, I have been having fun experimenting with this, my first co-ferment coffee. So far, having had the most success making an iced latte out of it. Extremely refreshingâŠand oddly reminds me of sweet peach schnapps.”
“Absolutely stunning. I've come to realise I do love an experimental co-ferment. This has that boozy, fruity, complex and very distinctive taste I love (but find hard to describe!) I've learnt from experience to buy a couple of tubs of the micro-lot varieties as they sell quick, and I'm often left wishing I'd bought more. On this occasion I went back to buy a third and was lucky enough to get the very last one!”
