“After using the same/similar region/ variant of coffee single origin for about 4 years, I wanted something new and different. I was always a fan of Ethiopian coffee, so it was a logical choice.
The coffee has a nice flavour with arouma, and seems to have all round usibility. I must disclose that I have used it as an espresso based drink within 7 days, so not reached its full potential. The coffee is nice and simple as an aeropress, cafeteria, latte, long black and (as already admitted) falls a little short as an espresso (pun intended). I think this would work really well as a camp site drink and look forward to testing that out in two weeks, getting away with the kids.”
“As an espresso this coffee is definately smooth chocolate and hazelnut with the black cherry coming through in the aftertaste.
As a milk drink it is really powerful and smooth chocolate with just a hint of hazelnut.
For me it is a great espresso as my first in the morning drink with a delicious milk drink during the day.”
