“The moment I opened the bag, the aroma was absolutely stunning. During pour-over, the coffee was filled with elegant floral notes, vibrant fruit sweetness, and a distinctive fermented character that was both complex and clean.
For cold brew, I used a 1:10 ratio and steeped it for 12 hours. The result was exceptional—a much fuller body, outstanding sweetness, and an incredibly juicy cup with tropical fruit notes. Despite the richer mouthfeel, it remained clean and refreshing with a long, sweet finish.
