“I'm not loving this one. Too much acidity. Not enough fruit. It's missing something. Unusually for a Rare Rave coffee. The costa rican and Columbian ones at a similar price point were infinitely better.”

“Solid 7/10 fresh off the roast, no doubt a 8/10 or above when they are properly rested!! Cola notes on the finish with a beautiful blood orange and peach (more peach than nectarine imo) tone running throughout although the stone fruit flavours I would say need some dialing in to get. Better as a pourover than espresso as of my experience.”
