“I don’t even know how to describe this coffee. It’s a unique experience in a pack. I’ve got everyone in the company hooked on speciality coffees thanks to this one. It’s one of my favourite beans. I can describe it as feeling like a warm embrace when you drink it – that’s how comforting the flavour of these beans is. “Solid 7/10 fresh off the roast, no doubt a 8/10 or above when they are properly rested!! Cola notes on the finish with a beautiful blood orange and peach (more peach than nectarine imo) tone running throughout although the stone fruit flavours I would say need some dialing in to get. Better as a pourover than espresso as of my experience.”
