“Very nice medium roast which makes a lovely lighter Americano from an espresso machine.
Purchased mainly because my son who drinks Americanos isn't as keen on my usual stronger darker roasts.
I haven't tried it in a milk based drink yet but I feel it would probably be a little mild for my taste. My go to for a latte etc is usually the Rave Chatswood Blend.
Overall a very drinkable coffee with very little bitterness. Classic chocolate and nut profile without acidity and the fresh beans smell lovely. I imagine this will become a regular purchase to compliment the heavier roasts.”
