“This is another really lovely medium/light roasted coffee - such a lovely flavour profile with nice fruit flavours and a creamy nutty flavour on the end. In common with other medium/light roasts it needs a very fine grind, almost on the lowest setting which pulled an 18g 1-2 36g shot with lovely crema. Rave coffee single estate coffees are just so interesting.”
