“One of my recent favourites due to its super fruitiness, sweetness and lack of any apparent bitterness. I haven't yet perfected espresso but for filter it's just sublime.”
“Great tasting coffee with medium acidity, a light sharp fruitiness with some sweetness and lingering finish with almost floral overtones. Just enough roast to give some body but without any bitterness. Fantastic ground for aeropress and as a pour over but I have also ground finer and made espresso. I haven't tried with milk (yet!) as you might lose some clarity but might try experiment anyway.”
