“I've been experimenting with different beans from Rave. I started with Espresso 4, then Fudge 5. Then a taster pack of Italian 2 (probably my least favourite), Colombia 50 and then I thought I had found my favourite, Signature 1 - a seriously delicious coffee! But Mexico Zapoteco 342 is probably my favourite of all. Obviously taste is subjective, but this does it for me. Has to be ground REALLY fine to make a good espresso, but is gentle and aromatic and delicious.”
