“Lovely beans for espresso/milk drinks, take about a week after roasting to really open up flavour-wise, but once they do, you get silky cocoa nib flavours and underlying woody-tea notes. Very easy drinking whilst being satisfyingly compex. Roast has been very consistent from batch to batch too, so no fuss dialling in at all.”
