“Trying Hermosa Honey on a V60 set up has been quite a challenge. Too little coffee results in a bland flavour in the cup. The delicate fruit is hard to pin down. A learning curve here. The colour is vibrant red & the smell is lovely with the creme brule lite coffee hit”
“I’m still searching for the perfect latte. Obviously everyone has a preference but for me I seem to be liking a sweeter blend. I found this coffee to have a caramel aroma and found the taste quite smooth. Made into a cappuccino this coffee was delicious”
