“Brewed through AeroPress and enjoyed as a Café au Lait with a 16ml shot of vanilla (the way I drink every coffee), the Guatemala Rabanales Nº 278 held up beautifully.
The nuttiness really shone through the added vanilla giving it creamy depth that worked well with milk. The medium roast suits it perfectly, bringing balance without muting the more subtle flavours. While the aftertaste didn’t quite hit the mark for me (hard to pin down why), the overall cup was clean, rounded, and enjoyable.
To my taste it was a solid 4 stars and a great showcase of what a white honey process can offer.
The coffee itself was fresh, well roasted and delivered quickly.”
