“Lovely coffee (which is what its all about) and great value. I prefer a slightly less strong coffee, and this fits the bill. Great flavour, and makes an interesting alternative to my usual Signature Blend purchase (also very nice). The Brazil Fazenda seems to need a slightly coarser grind so a small adjustment worked well!”

Reached out to support, who despite my explantion and my experiance with making coffee, just sent me to wait or try more.
I probably wasted over 1.5 hours and 0.5Kg of beans trying to make the perfece cup, which got me to just put the bag back in the drawer and buy Starbucks beans - which came out perfectly, and mixed with the coffee.
Didn't happened before with the same beans, but can't risk my next order, as I don't want to waste more coffee or dissapoint when it's not coming out as expected.
Shame the agent didn't read the situation and was able to more assistive and jsut pushed back.”

“I drink my coffee without milk or sugar so I was looking for a mellow tasting medium roasted beans. This particular coffee fitted the bill and although I personally can't taste the chocolate, molasses and red apple, I can taste a pleasant cuppa. Will happily order again. Thank you.”
